About Giulia

Coming from a family of athletes, I have been exposed to sport and movement from a very young age. I have been practicing acroyoga and yoga for the last few years and undertook two acrobatics and acroyoga teacher trainings, completing my teaching Certificates with Partner Acrobatics and AcroYoga International. I am also a Yoga Alliance 500RYT, certified and trained in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Aerial yoga, Hatha and Yin. AcroYoga is for me a really powerful discipline that combines strength, body awareness, mutual trust and most importantly, respect for the others and the self. I perceive yoga as the practice of the self, through the self and a lifestyle as a whole.

During my extensive travels in India, South-East Asia, Pacific and Europe, I had the opportunity to practice and meeting acroyoga and yoga communities from all over the world, enriching my practice and teaching style. My mission is to spread this beautiful practice and to share it with whoever crosses my path. My wish is to continue exploring and learning from different disciplines, schools and inspiring humans, all the while growing as an acroyoga and yoga teacher and movement practitioner.
