Combining a variety of disciplines and skills, my teaching ranges from AcroYoga and AcroFIT to Vinyasa, Anti-gravity yoga as well as handstands and inversions workshops. I run regular weekly classes, courses, workshops as well as private 1-to-1 sessions in Dublin, Ireland and internationally.
Combining acrobatics, yoga and therapeutics, AcroYoga connects people all over the world, improving body awareness, mutual trust, and self-confidence.
