About Giulia

Sport Science Graduate, I have been exposed to sport and movement since a very young age. I first met acroyoga and yoga in early 2014, when I immediately fell in love with the playfulness of acroyoga and the mindfulness of yoga. Over the years, I have completed my 200hrs (Goa) and 500hrs (Rishikesh) YTTs, as well as three acroyoga teacher trainings. I am a Yoga Alliance 500RYT, 200E-RYT, YACEP certified teacher, trained in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Aerial yoga, Hatha and Yin, as well as a Level 2 AcroYoga International certified instructor. I have been teaching yoga for over 5 years in some of the most well-established yoga studios in Dublin, as well as Teacher Trainings in India, Ireland, Spain and online.

During my extensive travels in India, South-East Asia, Pacific, Central America and Europe, I had the opportunity to practice and meet yoga communities from all over the world, enriching my practice and teaching style. My wish is to continue exploring and learning from different disciplines, schools and inspiring humans, all the while growing as an acroyoga and yoga teacher and movement practitioner. My classes are mostly dynamic and vigorous Vinyasa flow practices, with a good dose sweat and playfulness.
