We're thrilled to be presenting an Intermediate level AcroYoga Workshop on Saturday 5th October in our Rathmines Studio!

Returning AcroYoga International and Partner Acrobatics certified teacher, Giulia (@giuliacroyoga) will be sharing an intermediate workshop for dedicated practitioners and for those who are looking forward to taking their practice to the next level, exploring intermediate transitions and flows, basic to intermediate washing machines, as well as principles of standing partner acrobatics.

This workshop is designed mainly for people who have already some experience with AcroYoga and want to bring their practice to the next level in a fun and safe environment.
