AcroYoga arrives at Yoga Dublin on Saturday 13th April!

AcroYoga International and PartnerAcrobatics Certified teacher, Giulia will bring us through the foundations and fundamentals of AcroYoga during this 2-hours workshop, introducing basic poses and flows in a fun and safe environment; all weaved with partner drills, games, smart and accessible progressions and lots of solar energy.

This workshop is mainly addressed to people who have little or no experience with AcroYoga or who would like to refine their acro skills and technic; nevertheless all levels are welcome!
