Arm Balance - Phibsboro & Online

Find more ease on your hands and improve your arm balancing practice with this fun 90min workshop on Saturday 12th September with Giulia (@giuliacroyoga) in Phibsboro studio or online!

Suitable for everyone, including beginners, the workshop will mainly offer drills and progressions to strengthen the upper body and gain the appropriate technique and necessary confidence to practice arm balances with ease.

Starting from the basics, the workshop will cover asanas like Crow (Kakasana), Crain (Bakasana), Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana), and it will progressively build up and move into more complex arm balances like Eight-Angle Pose (Astavakrasana) and “Flying Splits” (Eka Pada Koundinyasana II).

As we explore foundations and building blocks towards these arm balances, there will also be variations and prop options that will make your arm balances a lot more accessible and fun!

Workshop will be both livestreamed and in-studio. Studio capacity is very limited, advanced booking necessary.

Develop a deeper and better understanding of some of the most popular, yet tricky, asanas in this interactive 90min workshop on Saturday 29th August with Giulia (@giuliacroyoga) in Camden studio or online!

What better way to spend all this time we are given than going deeper into the practice, understanding what are the most common mistakes and how to improve and make each and every posture more sustainable and efficient?

This workshop will explore some of the most common and popular asanas, breaking them down and understanding not just the best alignment and the physiology of the pose, but also what are the common mistakes and which are the best modifications and variations of a given pose.

This will also be a great opportunity for you to ask questions and get a better insight of the asanas you find complicated or that you have been working on!

Workshop will be both livestreamed and in-studio. Studio capacity is very limited, advanced booking necessary.

The workshop counts towards Continuing Education (CE) credit for Yoga Alliance members (1.5 non-contact hours)

Sept 26th - Yoga for Hip Opening

You can join only one, a few or all classes 10-11am GMT+1 on Zoom or stream class record, available for 36hrs!

This masterclass will allow you to deepen your practice, taking the opportunity to discover progression routes for the things we might not have the chance to explore in a normal class; inversions, arm balances and more advanced asanas that require a longer and more accurate body preparation.

In this full-body extended vinyasa class, we take the time to work through the entire body - approaching each asana as a way to come to a deeper understanding and insight into postures in relation to your unique body and mind.
