Start the day off right with this 6-week traditional Hatha Course. This is a gentle and slower 45 minutes class to prepare the body and the mind for the day with some short meditation, pranayama (breathwork) techniques and some gentle asanas. This is an open-level course which is appropriate to those who want to start integrating yoga in their morning routine and or have a lower-impact practice, rooted into the most traditional of the yoga styles.
This Hatha Course grants access to 6 live classes offered every Tuesday 7:30-8:15 am UK-time from Jan 16 - Feb 20 on Zoom.
