This workshop will mainly offer drills and progressions to strengthen the upper body and gain the necessary strength and flexibility to hit a solid free handstand. As we train and work in progression towards a free handstand, we will also explore other inversions like different headstand variations and arm balances with great drills and tips that will make your inversions a lot more accessible and fun!
This workshop will strengthen your inversion practice and will literally turn your world upside-down ☺
The workshop is beginner-friendly although some yoga and inversion practice is recommended to make the best out of it.
