1.5-hour online workshop.

Suitable for everyone, including beginners. The workshop will mainly offer drills and progressions to strengthen the upper body and gain the appropriate technique and necessary confidence to practice arm balances with ease.

Starting from the basics, the workshop will cover asanas like Crow (Kakasana), Crain (Bakasana), Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana), and it will progressively build up and move into more complex arm balances like Eight-Angle Pose (Astavakrasana) and “Flying Splits” (Eka Pada Koundinyasana II).

As we explore foundations and building blocks towards these arm balances, there will also be variations and prop options that will make your arm balances a lot more accessible and fun!
