We're thrilled to be presenting an all-level AcroYoga Workshop on Saturday 25th May split into acrobatics (solar acro) and therapeutics (lunar acro)!

The solar workshop will feature, handstands, partner exercises, and drills to help smooth out your practice. We will work towards a fun flow, in a safe and accessible way, working in teams of 3, rotating as base, flyer and spotter. In the lunar session we will give you techniques and knowledge to deepen your Thai massage practice as well as looking at the art of therapeutic flying (yes massage in the air will happen).

All level means that beginners are very welcome and will be looked after, but we also have lots of options to make the flow more intermediate, depending on your experience.

Come and join a fun filled Saturday full of laughter and lifting! No partner needed!
