Core Galore: Yoga for Core Strength workshop

A strong core is the very essence of most yoga asanas, making the whole body more coordinated, stronger and balanced. Very foundation of any inversion, arm-balance and balancing posture, a strong core also equals a healthy back and it supports us both on and off the yoga mat, improving the overall posture, digestive system and metabolism.

The workshop is suitable to all fitness and yoga level; it will be both livestreamed and in-studio. Studio capacity is very limited, advanced booking necessary.
